Svezzamento
In questo capitolo si parlerà di alimentazione complementare, ci tengo a definirla con questo termine per evidenziare che non sostituisce il latte, ma esso rimane l'alimento principale nel primo anno del bambino e man mano verrà sostituito dai cibi solidi. Approfondiremo lo svezzamento classico e l'autosvezzamento.
